Women in this world face many unique challenges, and I have spent many years working in women-only mental health spaces and facilities. I am passionate about providing therapeutic support for all individuals who identify as women. In particular, I support women who have experienced historical or recent trauma. In providing verbal and non-verbal options for therapy, sessions are a safe and gentle space for self-exploration and expression.

I use a trauma-informed model of care, and am non-pathologising in my approach. I understand that all human nervous systems respond to stressors and traumas in ways that keeps us safe, but that these responses sometimes prevent us from living a rich and meaningful life. Many of us cope in ways that do not support our wellbeing long term, and so I offer support for:

  • Anxiety

  • Nervous System issues

  • Substance Use Disorders

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
